Head north off the A7 at junction 70 on the new A77, which becomes the A36 for Alcoi, and pass through Alcoi heading for Xátiva on the N340, exiting, after the tunnel, onto the CV645. When you get to Xátiva, head in a straight line into and through the centre of town until you are forced round to the left at a set of traffic lights. Staying in the right-hand lane, follow signs for Tavernes and Simat on the CV1036. After 8km, at the roundabout just before Barxeta (Repsol filling station on the right), take the second exit. At the next roundabout, take the third exit,for Rafelguaraf, then the first right. This passes through a few houses before coming to an old tennis court on the left, and a terracotta-coloured wall. At this point bear left off the tarmac, and Finca Casablanca is on the right, after “La Casita”. Push the entryphone button. Time from A7 jct 70: about 90 minutes, slightly longer from the airport.
Head south on the N340. Follow signs for Alicante por interior, not Alicante por la Costa. Take exit 863 for Alberic, being careful to take the second exit at the first roundabout, not the first one signposted Alzira. Bear left on the edge of Alberic and follow signs for Pobla Llarga. In Pobla Llarga, follow the signs for Rafelguaraf. Take the first left in Rafelguaraf, which bypasses the centre of the village; right at the first T-junction and left at the second, signposted Barxeta. At a junction in a dip, avoid the right, which goes to Barxeta village, and go straight across. This passes through a few houses before coming to an old tennis court on the left, and a terracotta-coloured wall. At this point bear left off the tarmac, and Finca Casablanca is on the right, after “La Casita”. Push the entryphone button. Time from the centre of Valencia,or from the airport: about 50 minutes.
